Great location, right off the highway. Quick easy check in. Ken at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and just offered wonderful and hospitable service! Room was great (only thing was that on the bathroom vanity and the floor should have been cleaned a little better: found hair). But other than that, everything was perfect overall. Breakfast included many choices. My kids were excited to eat strawberry waffles. Dining area was big and comfortable seating.

This hotel was nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy. Bathroom was well stocked. Nice selection of items on breakfast buffet. Good location.

The front desk staff were excellent, especially Yordi and Michelle. They were warm, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean, though it does feel quite dated. Unfortunately, the constant noise in my room was extremely disruptive. I’m not sure if the room was located near a maintenance or housekeeping area, but there was nonstop banging, sounds like squeaking faucets or pipes, and repeated noises that seemed like heavy items being dragged or dropped. It went on day and night, all hours, making it very difficult to relax or rest. The last night I couldn’t take it much longer and had to keep the AC fan running and the TV on all night, and the sounds still woke up me several times in the middle of the night/early morning. Updated review: I am updating to 5 stars based on the Manager reaching out to me directly. Jessica was prompt and gave me a satisfactory resolution and was very professional. I am much appreciative and this is why I continue to choose Hilton brands.

Everyone was so nice at the hotel and the breakfast was great. Our shower was wonderful but my parents said they had a small shower head. Everyone slept great! And are plenty of plugs BIG plus!

Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Shower is hit and good pressure. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion all provided in wall mounted pump dispensers. Fitness Center well equipped. Coffee, tea and coco bar available all day.

Stayed for a few days coming up to Christmas. Being on the road around the holidays is always tough but I wanted to call out a specific staff member who made it a little easier. Ken at the front desk was always super helpful and kept the moody cheery. He was always on top of the ball with helping us with general service and was always inviting and pleased to talk to. As someone who spends 100+ nights in a hotel a year, it’s people like this that really make the difference. In addition, the hotel itself is clean and the gym was equipped with top of the line, new equipment. I was amazed that it even had a peloton.

The room was 65 degrees and took a very long time to warm up.... The staff was good about trying to help, but informed me that due to the weather, the room took a long time to get warm.... but I think a hotel should be equipped with newer heating system, so everyone can be comfortable in all weather conditions.

We stayed here twice in the last week for traveling to and from Thanksgiving out of town. The exit has a lot of great food choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Dustie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure everyone was enjoying breakfast. It is a pet friendly hotel. We did not have pets with us but we did see them in the lobby and elevator. All were quiet and respectful. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is fine. Unfortunately they don't seem to be strict regarding pot smoking so that it often smells pretty intense in hallways and outside. The smell then gets into the rooms.

I transport items all over the country and stay in hotels everynight. Place seemed remodeled but carpets in hallways and room need shampoo. I could feel the yuck texture in my room. Very surprised no manager or cleaning crew could see something as large as ladybugs.... about 15 dead on the floor and some alive on the walls assuming they came from an unsealed area by AC. What is being cleaned if something that large is not noticed. At least give them food and water if they are there to stay. I will not go back.
