John yesterday was friendly and helpful. Room was clean

I stayed one night at this hotel while attending the NC BalloonFest. It's reasonably priced and very convenient to the festival. My room was recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. Fast food nearby. It's nothing fancy but fit the bill for what I was looking for.

If you want a good clean lower priced motel this is the place for you. Right across the street from Arby's McDonald's and a grocery

This place is crap. The electricity doesn't work an the rooms are nasty an the people that work here try to lie an rip you off just so that they can robb people blind. We won't ever stay their again. An i highly recommend that no one stay at this motel in statesville nc

Checked in the hotel They told me it would be $85.0 to stay one night.Inspected the room and found cock roaches and bed bugs under the bed.I left immediately and was charged $110.00.Luckily I had blocked my card because I had forgotten to take the block off.I would not recommend this place.

Room was clean no bugs. However being woke up each morning at 8:00 by staff is terrible. Also called on Monday and was told that Monday through Sunday would be 375 plus tax. When I got here I paid $425 for four nights. So that was a lie. Not to mention I just got woke up again and the staff is talking about checkouts at 10:00 I have never in my life been to a hotel where checkout is at 10:00.

The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is the best part. The man that checked me in was great. He is probably the friendliest nicest person I have encountered at a hotel front desk.

We travel every weekend. We needed a clean King first floor room. Traveling for 6 hrs has 5 more hrs to go. Room was comfort & clean. Great rate under$100. Night clerk great, morning clerk Sammy Shaw was wonderful, too. It's amazing to find this when traveling so much. Friendly faces and good value. Thank you.

After visiting this place overnight, I was so disappointed. It looks cute and clean by appearance. However, the room is different. No nasty carpet...aok...but the floor is not clean. Wore flip flops to walk about. Felt like sandy grit on floor. Backboard to bed was nasty, don't know when it was cleaned last..... that's where pillows are propped and your head lands to sleep. Hair, not mine in the shower and on tub topside. The coffee pot didn't work and was not cleaned properly, the whole thing looked as if it was not wiped in a while. No tissues or anything extra like coffee accessories. Only enough for one cup. The manager was very nosey and called the room to tell me to keep the door shut....I looked outside and saw a camera pointing directly at the door where he could see into the room when opened. That's an invasion of privacy. Didn't have an animal but reported it on the website, pet friendly. Signs all over stating pets not allowed. A busy all night 86 Lumber on the backside... noisy. Thought room would be $64 plus tax, ended up paying $100.00. I could've had breakfast included .....a pool and more for the same price. Rudeness also applies . Please go somewhere else. Foreigners own this place. Also I think this may be an Inn of ill-repute. Suspicious activity I noted outside while smoking ? Thanks for the opportunity for sharing.
