We usually stay at this hotel twice a year. Rooms are clean and have always had great interactions with the staff as they are super attentive and friendly. Seafood restaurant is right across the parking lot and several other restaurants are less than a mile away.

I checked into the Courtyard with my elderly parents to stay during the ice storm, as we were afraid of them becoming without power at home. The staff of the Courtyard went above and beyond to make guests as comfortable as possible during this weather event. Extra comforters were handed out, and as the ice rained down, baked goodies were placed in baskets on the bar for everyone. The staff did everything they could to make a difficult event an enjoyable stay. I am especially appreciative for the bistro staff who talked to with dad for hours as he told stories. The breakfast was fantastic here too! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. They really put an effort into taking care of their guests.

When checking in we were informed breakfast starts at 7am on the weekend not 6:30 like it says on their website and ihg app. Which i have to be at work at 7am which means the extra I paid to get a hot breakfast was a total loss. She informed me maybe the staff would give me an apple on my way out on the morning. Thanks a lot. Very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

My stay at the Courtyard Hotel in Salisbury was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The hotel itself is clean, inviting, and well-kept, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible service I received from Caleb, the house person associate. Caleb went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for—not just in the practical sense, but also in a way that lifted my spirit. His encouragement, kindness, and uplifting words gave me both emotional and spiritual support during my stay. It’s rare to find someone in hospitality who takes the time to connect with guests on that deeper level, and Caleb did just that. Because of his positivity and genuine care, my trip felt so much brighter and more meaningful. Caleb is truly an asset to this hotel, and I am grateful for the impact he had on my stay. I would highly recommend this Courtyard Hotel to anyone visiting Salisbury, and I especially want to thank Caleb for being such an encouragement.

Room was nice and comfortable. Convenient location, 10 minutes to assembly hall. We have killed a couple of ants (thus the 4 star rating). Other than that, we are enjoying our stay.

The room was nice. The service was friendly. It didn't seem like the best area but I never felt unsafe. There is a Dunkin, gas station, and seafood restaurant practically in the parking lot and it is right near the highway. I'd stay here again.

The room was a king room and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable and there were many lights to make the room well lit especially at night. The pool was indoor and the temperature was alittle on the cool side. There were plenty of towels and adequate seating. There was a Starbucks and restaurant but we didn't order from either. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Highly do NOT recommend. Been out here over 3 years. Every 3 months or less we have new office ppl . Pool never opens on time each year, something is always wrong. I will be so glad to move and I will not renew my lease another year. ITS hard getting anyone to answer the phone, drains always clogged up. All this damn money for these apartments and they are extremely out of date

Great room! I travel with 2 adult sons. We don't sleep together. I was so appreciative for the room we were given. 2 beds and a couch! I wish all hotels recognized that not all persons sharing a room sleep together. I will ABSOLUTLEY stay in the hotel again. Marriott is my favorite!

Wife and I had a disappointing stay here in April 2025 while returning home from a business conference. Rooms were VERY small and felt cramped with a sleeper sofa and a king sized bed that extended way past the wall it was set in front of. Our beds had many hairs in the sheets and pillows. The humidity in the main lobby and hallways was very high and the room was uncomfortably warm all night even though the AC was set to 60 degrees. We also purchased the romantic weekend package, which was marketed as if it included a full breakfast. Upon checking in, the front desk clerk, let us know that rather than a full breakfast, we were given two $10 vouchers off of a breakfast for purchase, which felt misleading. Breakfast was quite expensive, even with the vouchers. Courtyard by Marriott markets itself as a higher end hotel chain and charges accordingly but sadly, this was one of our most disappointing hotel experiences in our years of travel.
