Big comfortable rooms, the customer service needs some improvement. The location is perfect. You have plenty of restaurants near.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were very nicely laid out, modern, and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were surprisingly spacious, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we had was that the shower leaked more than we would have expected. I always forget that Courtyard hotels don't offer complimentary breakfast, but it wasn't a problem since there are so many great restaurants nearby. We did try the Starbucks in the lobby, but unfortunately it wasn't our favorite part of the stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. The rooms were clean, the hotel was comfortable, and my kids especially loved the pull-out bed. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotels customer service is horrendous. another guest was given a key to my room and some tried to come in while i was about to take a shower. customer service is subpar at best.. Go to the Holiday Inn right next door. you may have a better experience

This is a great location! Large room. And the shower has a speakman with lots of power!! Why all hotels don’t have high pressure with this shower head is ridiculous. Highly recommended!

The Courtyard by Marriott in Salisbury, NC, is located off I-85. But not close enough to hear any traffic noise. It was in a quiet area, with a seafood restaurant within walking distance and a gas station near the road. The front desk clerk was very friendly and even provided more dining options. I had dropped my phone earlier in the day, and the screen was smashed, so she let me use some scotch tape to try to keep my phone operational for the rest of my trip. I was given a room on the top floor and even provided extra towels in my profile request. Sorry, I didn't get very many photos here, but I was trying not to use my phone as much. The hotel is older, but it was clean and functional. The lobby was large and had a bistro that offered dinner and breakfast. I'd return again if I was in the area as it provided a good night of sleep and reliable wifi.

We usually stay at this hotel twice a year. Rooms are clean and have always had great interactions with the staff as they are super attentive and friendly. Seafood restaurant is right across the parking lot and several other restaurants are less than a mile away.

I checked into the Courtyard with my elderly parents to stay during the ice storm, as we were afraid of them becoming without power at home. The staff of the Courtyard went above and beyond to make guests as comfortable as possible during this weather event. Extra comforters were handed out, and as the ice rained down, baked goodies were placed in baskets on the bar for everyone. The staff did everything they could to make a difficult event an enjoyable stay. I am especially appreciative for the bistro staff who talked to with dad for hours as he told stories. The breakfast was fantastic here too! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. They really put an effort into taking care of their guests.

When checking in we were informed breakfast starts at 7am on the weekend not 6:30 like it says on their website and ihg app. Which i have to be at work at 7am which means the extra I paid to get a hot breakfast was a total loss. She informed me maybe the staff would give me an apple on my way out on the morning. Thanks a lot. Very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

My stay at the Courtyard Hotel in Salisbury was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The hotel itself is clean, inviting, and well-kept, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible service I received from Caleb, the house person associate. Caleb went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for—not just in the practical sense, but also in a way that lifted my spirit. His encouragement, kindness, and uplifting words gave me both emotional and spiritual support during my stay. It’s rare to find someone in hospitality who takes the time to connect with guests on that deeper level, and Caleb did just that. Because of his positivity and genuine care, my trip felt so much brighter and more meaningful. Caleb is truly an asset to this hotel, and I am grateful for the impact he had on my stay. I would highly recommend this Courtyard Hotel to anyone visiting Salisbury, and I especially want to thank Caleb for being such an encouragement.

Room was nice and comfortable. Convenient location, 10 minutes to assembly hall. We have killed a couple of ants (thus the 4 star rating). Other than that, we are enjoying our stay.
