I would not recommend this place. It felt like the rug was old and crusty the bathroom ceiling was peeling the ac/heat needs some cleaning. The shower bar was broken so the shower curtain kept sliding open. Curtains need to be replaced they smell musty and of smoke. Front desk was complaining to me about trucks with trailers, having to set up breakfast the next morning, and how they don’t want to spend money to fix things. Seemed not to enjoy being there and I just wanted my check in to be fast since I had just driven all day. Did not have breakfast. I was charged $98 for a room on a Wednesday night when it is advertised for around $50 online. My ac was not working when I got in the room so I called from desk they told me they were not maintenance and I couldn’t be given another room because there weren’t any available.

I was in town for work for a few days and stayed here. Had a great experience, all things considered. Room was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was solid. Value was excellent. Can’t ask for much more, as far as I’m concerned.

You walk into the place and it smells like musty air from a dirty bedroom with a hint of weed. The side of my bed looks like someone threw up off it onto the wall and bed frame…and they just put a sheet over top to cover it. There is something gross on the ceiling and I’m praying it is some type of food and not part of someone. I’m literally writing this from the bed because I DO NOT want anyone else to spend a dime at this nasty place. The online reviews are BS. The employee had the personality of a piece of paper, but checked us in with no problem.

The hotel definitely looks like a two star from the outside. The inside isn’t bad but there’s multiple signs of stains on the ceiling, peeling wallpaper and items that need to be painted. On the second night of my three day stay I come back to my room and I don’t have any sheets on my bed. The towels aren’t filled and it looks like somebody started to clean the room but left halfway through. I went down to the front desk at 5:15 PM and asked if room service was done for the day and then my room was not completed. The response was “ I don’t do rooms” I asked if I could have some sheets and towels since mine were no longer in the room. I was walked down to the utility room and was given some sheets and towels so that I could make and clean my room myself. I understand mistakes happen, but I kind of felt like I was being bothersome by bringing this to their. If you’re wondering why I just didn’t call down to the front desk the phone in the room does not work either. I cannot recommend this hotel. I advise that you do not stay here.

This place is awesome. The staff are incredible here from the front desk to the maintenance to the housekeepers. This is by far one of the nicer.If not the nicest motels that i've stayed in Salisbury, North Carolina. Very clean, well maintained ,modern,quiet, safe and secure and a great price . We stayed in a suite - The bathroom with jacuzzi tub was my favorite ?.

Mary (front desk) was exceptional in her professionalism, providing valuable information and exceptional customer service. Her positive attitude and comfortableness during my stay made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I give these scores based on the fact that accusations were made based on past people staying here from the same company. I checked in on Sunday and there was a note on the counter that stated anyone that smokes or vapes or smokes weed marijuana in the room that come from a particular company everyone that is with that company will be put out. I don’t smoke at all. There is also a note on the front counter that states local residents are not allowed to stay at this establishment.Then on Tuesday there was a note under my door when I came from work stating no smoking weed by the pool I don’t smoke once again. Yet the hotel allows staff members to invite family and friends to get in the pool to be exact five cars worth of people. Then on Wednesday after I got off work, I was enjoying the pool. A staff member left work went to picked up her children brought them to go swimming while she worked. I am a guest and I shouldn’t have to deal with non guest members.

They front desk last came to my room being nasty about how the truck was parked. I never talked to this lady before this. I said we would move the truck and to leave the door way of my room. She was getting loud an argumentative. She then starts SCREAMING we have to leave the hotel. She’s calling the cops. We travel for work. We are in hotels EVERY SINGLE DAY. This lady needs to work on her customer service. Only place for us to park the truck and trailer.

Do not stay at the quality inn and suites in Salisbury N.C. Unless you want to be disrespected! I stayed here on May 23rd to attend my nieces graduation on Saturday . When I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room , I noticed the toilet was making noise and not flushing good , I had to be at the graduation by 7:30 Saturday morning , while getting ready , the toilet at this point was fully clogged up , so went to the graduation , upon returning to the hotel around 10am to check out and get my bag , I walk up to the counter to a girl standing there , I say to her , I’m checking out now , but just wanted to let you know that the toilet in the room is clogged up , She looks at me and says do you have a plunger ? I said no there is not one in the room , then she proceeds to say DO YOU WANT ME TO GET YOU A PLUNGER? And I said no I just spend 180.00 to stay here last night , so no I am not plunging your toilet . Then she cops an attitude and very rudely says you expect me to plunge your toilet that you stopped up ? I then told her I did not stop the toilet up , was like that when we arrived . As I’m walking away , she again says , I can’t Believe you expect me to plunge your toilet that you stopped up , I again said I did not stop up the toilet , she starts arguing with me and at the point I tell her to shut up , get my bag and as I’m leaving she says mean hurtful things to me, I have never ever been treated this poorly and disrespectful anywhere I have ever stayed in my life ! I called and complained with quality inn and suits and was told it would be sent to the general manager . I also complained to Booking.com because I made the mistake of using them to book my stay , which I will never use again ! I haven’t heard from either party ! You would think they would care a little more ! But I guess not !!!!!!!

I won't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it. I was there for four nights. We got in very late the first night; the lobby smelled like pot and the staff person at the desk reluctantly gave me two bottles of water upon asking for it. Throughout our time there, that same staff person was frequently on her phone while assisting guests, playing music, snapping fingers and singing. The lobby frequently smelled like pot; the room was not very clean and it was noisey. I give 2 stars only because the beds were comfortable and the linens were good. However, the floor of the shower was disgusting and there was some kind of goo in the handle of the refrigerator. There was peeling paint; dust everywhere and the carpet had lots of stains. I did not feel comfortable walking around our room without my flip flops on. I took a few pictures but can't seem to include them in this review. On the morning we checked out, the same staff person got into a shouting match with another customer and was outside on her phone while we waited at the counter to check out. Breakfast was just OK but the staff person working the dining room was very nice and friendly and was working hard to keep everything stocked. Some may say well, what do you want for $100/night and that may be the case. But, it could still be clean and you can still hire professional staff.
