The first room had stain sheets and the bathtub was dirty. However the staff did allow me to get another room that was okay. Probably will never go there again but due to it being Easter weekend every where else was full so I can only recommend this place as a last resort. .

I gave 4 stars only because the rooms are outdated and the AC unit is loud as hell lol. Other than that I would have gave 5.. The owner is a good dude easy to get along with and very nosey . He does work with u if need be n he makes sure the guest have whatever they need.. It's a secluded spot on Hwy 601 so u must have a car or ride .. Hands down it's a decent cheap motel compared to most

Stayed here several days. Staff was great! The room had TV with cable, mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave and mini stove/oven. Everything worked great. Felt safe and secure.

I think it is privately owned and they are very rude. Room wasn't clean, & when asked for ice had to furnish my own container for it.(All I had was a very small bowl that I had purchased lunch meat in) I could have gotten a single room cheaper from myrtle beach oceanfront. Will not stay again, rated a 1because I couldn't go any lower..

Do not stay here. Me & my husband checked in for 2 nights. That 1st night he woke up itching. While he was in the bathroom something started crawling on me. I shined my light from my phone on it & it was a bug I never seen b4. I got up to inspect further and it was a lot of tiny brown bugs all in the bed. I started taking pictures. Went to the front desk to tell the owner & he insisted we brought them. He gave our money back constantly saying he never had an complaint. My 1st &last time staying here. Bedbugs eeewwww
